The line is one of the most important and widely used design elements. They are one of the simplest concepts to describe, but in its definition it can be said that the line is the section that exists between two points. They can be straight, curved, vertical, horizontal, diagonal, zigzag, among others. It is the strongest, most important and most influential design element. This is because without it there can be no way. If there is no shape there can be no texture and if there is no texture then there can be no pattern. These involve movement, suggest direction or orientation, and give the photo a sense of depth and distance.
