It is a concept of personal development that consists of considering oneself as a brand, which, like trademarks, must be developed, transmitted and protected, with the aim of differentiating and achieving greater success in social and professional relationships. The concept emerged as a technique for job search either for the first time or as a change of career or profession.

It consists of identifying and communicating the characteristics that make us stand out, be relevant, different and visible in a homogeneous, competitive and changing environment.
